We also offer off-the-shelf software for OEMs, parts manufacturers, 3PLs and VARs/Integrators that either feel their own/clients processes are already optimized or are required to operate within existing methodologies. Our software is available as either a complete RMS (VMI + WHS = RMS) solution or as integrated modules. We offer a discounted pilot program to qualifying OEMs prior to roll-out or for proving-out the determined ROI criteria.

RMS installation in a single location and for use on a single aerospace program Description A team of Waer Systems consultants will work collaboratively with the client company's team to:

determine all metrics to be compared and the expected implementation ROI capture current (baseline) statistics and metrics implement the recommended Waer Systems' technologies for a period lasting 3-9 months* capture and assess performance metrics ongoing (as well as provide further efficiency recommendations as they are realized) provide comparison data to show the actual ROI and to provide benchmarks for wider implementation.

The client company will be able to test the system's expected ROI in a limited, yet exemplary, environment in order to assess the effectiveness of the technologies as well as determine how a more complete implementation will affect their entire supply chain processes and/or network.

The Waer Systems team will require access to the functional personnel who work on parts replenishment; management presence for initial kick-off, launch, and quarterly status meetings; visitor badges and escorts as dictated by company rules; as well as all the following: computer systems, software, live customer data, barcode printers, and barcode readers.

*Pilot implementations are custom priced. Actual cost depends on variables, such as required system modules, length of pilot program, needed hardware, travel, and other expenses.

A complete RMS installation at multiple locations and/or for multiple programs

Description

A team of Waer Systems consultants will work collaboratively with the client and determined consultants and suppliers to:

1. Determine full and detailed requirements and functional specifications of the needed solution (often taken from earlier phases such as the pilot installation or the RMS design)
2. Assess all technology/integration issues, such as hardware, Auto-ID, networking, reporting and security
3. Develop a precision flow map, including required hardware, AeroScape software modules, and third-party software to achieve an integrated solution
4. Initial data processing, including collection, collation, and data transfer, entry and assimilation
5. Testing and staging of integrated system, including scripts and functional activities
6. Training of internal and supplier/external personnel
7. Systems and network installation, applications installation per users, pre-live check-pointing, and extension to live business use
8. Customer service, continual training, support, inclusion of additional functionalities and/or users as required

The Waer Systems team will require full access to all the functional and technical personnel involved; management presence for initial kick-off, ongoing project status meetings, training sessions, and go live. Complete details will be determined by implementation flow map.
