Description
During this 2-3 day combination of workshops and validation interviews, Waer Systems will prepare graphical representations of your company's "as is" supply chain management (SCM) processes and assess them against the "world class" approach for your industry.

Requirements

Description
Including a full 10 days of on-site workshops, process reviews, and interviews, this 30-day engagement will result in an integrated, business-case style document to detail the company's entire Replenishment Management System (RMS), including WMS and VMI. Your company will be presented with a supportable vision of how to align your inventory management processes and current unaddressed requirements to incorporate the most efficient, most cost-effective, world-class methodology and practices.

Requirements
Waer Systems will need management presence for the kick-off meeting, one interim status meeting, plus final review (approx. 10 hours total); visitor badges and escorts as needed for access to the company's (and possibly vendors') receiving and/or manufacturing facilities; access to functional team members; office space with power and phone capability; ability to monitor ongoing system usage; plus up to 20 hours assistance by selected key personnel members as needed during the process.
